Job summary

TradesApp in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition across B2C and B2B segments in the UAE. You will identify new industry opportunities, lead negotiations, and manage end-to-end sales cycles while coordinating with the Client Manager.

Fluent English is required, Arabic is a strong advantage. A valid UAE driving licence and own car are preferred as you engage with diverse clients across the emirates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development or active B2B/B2C sales.
• Proven track record of independently sourcing and acquiring new clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Self-starter who can work independently without close supervision.
• Own car and valid UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and acquire new clients across B2C and B2B segments.
• Identify and develop new industry verticals, partnership opportunities, and sales channels.
• Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Work warm inbound leads as an additional source of new business.
• Coordinate with the Client Manager on task assignment and account oversight.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate reporting through the CRM.
