Job summary

Allianz seeks a Business Development Manager in Dubai to sustain and expand Nextcare’s business, while pursuing new opportunities in collaboration with Management. You will maintain client relationships with insurers, brokers, and key accounts, and guide insurance program strategies.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, market trend analysis, and proactive engagement with payers, supported by internal departments to optimize operations and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role (TPAs, Insurance companies, Hospitals, Medical Centers).
• Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Develop initiatives to capitalize on partner strengths, driving additional benefits to Nextcare’s portfolio.
• Revenue Generation: Identify and secure new revenue streams from new and existing opportunities in collaboration with management.
• Pipeline Management: Create, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with updates in Salesforce.
• Data-Driven Insights: Conduct regular performance claims analysis for key accounts to support strategic decisions.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, pricing strategies, and service offerings.
• Client Advisory: Provide guidance to clients on developing insurance programs and policies.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor rivals’ strategies and adapt plans to market changes.
• Client Engagement: Ensure regular engagement with payers and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaboration: Work with finance and other departments to support operations like fee collection and claims payment.
• Training & Events: Plan and organize seminars and training sessions for clients and staff.
