Job summary

FP Markets is seeking a dynamic MENA Regional Manager in Dubai to lead regional growth in the forex market. You will head a regional team, forge strategic partnerships with IBs, affiliates, and money managers, and drive revenue through high-value client acquisition and retention.

Reporting to the Global Head of Business Development, you will operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, with regional travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of senior-level business development experience within Forex, with exposure to the Middle East market.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business development strategy across the Middle East region.
• Lead, manage, and grow a team of Business Development and Client Relations professionals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on high-value clients and strategic partnerships (e.g., IBs, Affiliates, Money Managers).
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Recruit and onboard trading professionals via social, professional, and industry-specific platforms.
