Job summary

Doo Group in Dubai is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our Forex/CFD client base across retail and institutional channels.

You will acquire Introducing Brokers, affiliates and partners, build lasting relationships with clients and partners, and drive growth while meeting monthly KPIs. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Forex/CFD sales or business development experience.
• Existing client portfolio and/or active IB network is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Arabic, English, Hindi, or other regional languages are an advantage.
• Must be willing to work full-time from our Dubai office.
