Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd in Dubai is seeking a driven Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaker) to fuel growth in the FX & CFDs brokerage space. You will hunt new IBs, partners, and clients and manage portfolios to drive revenue.

The role emphasizes relationship building, market research, CRM usage, onboarding in compliance with regulations, and close collaboration with marketing and operations to deliver a seamless partner experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FX & CFDs sales or business development.
• Good understanding of trading platforms MT4/MT5 and core FX & CFDs products.
• Proven ability to acquire new IBs/partners and manage client portfolios.
• Familiarity with partner programs, spreads, rebates, and trading promotions.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English communication is a MUST.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client & partner acquisition (hunting): onboard new IBs, affiliates, partners, and clients.
• Portfolio management (farming): grow existing IB and client relationships and revenue.
• Sales target achievement: meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
• Market research & prospecting: identify new opportunities, regions, verticals.
• CRM & pipeline management: track leads and report progress.
• Compliance & onboarding: ensure onboarding complies with regulatory standards.
• Brand representation: represent the company at events and webinars.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with marketing, dealing, and operations teams.
