Job summary

Artelia in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across transportation, aviation, rail, metro, and infrastructure sectors. You will develop key accounts, expand market presence, and lead winning opportunities through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in BD within infrastructure, excellent English communication, and willingness to travel. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

10+ years in sales, marketing, or BD within infrastructure engineering or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management from a prominent university.
Willingness to travel frequently when required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement BD strategies for assigned accounts and territories.
Identify opportunities and secure project wins aligned with growth strategy.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends for strategic insights.
Coordinate with technical and tendering teams to develop winning bids.
Support negotiations, contracts, and project securing while protecting interests.
Organize client meetings, presentations, and workshops to convert opportunities.
Represent Artelia at conferences and networking events to generate opportunities.
Maintain CRM records of opportunities, interactions, and forecasts; report progress.
