Job summary

Anduril Industries in Abu Dhabi seeks a high-initiative Business Development Director to shape and execute opportunities across the Middle East. You will own capture activities, build strategic plans, and liaise with partners and customers to advance Anduril’s portfolio in a dynamic defense landscape.

Qualifications

• Prior acquisition or operational experience with defense systems across a variety of roles and missions.
• Experience working with foreign militaries or ministries of defense, with emphasis on the Middle East.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives/customers.
• Ability to travel up to 50%–75%.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S., U.K., Canada, New Zealand or Australian Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Generate and capture opportunities in the Middle East with significant international travel and events.
• Develop capture strategies and cohesive business plans aligned to investment strategies and programs.
• Grow existing business by representing all business lines and partnering with execution teams to expand current relationships.
• Communicate Anduril's value to clients, partners, competitors, and the broader public.
