The role focuses on driving direct B2B sales across enterprise, government, and SME segments in the UAE, acquiring new clients, and expanding existing accounts while delivering client satisfaction and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience within the UAE.
• Proven track record in enterprise/corporate sales and new business development.
• Experience selling print solutions, office automation, or IT infrastructure/managed services.
• Strong exposure to solution selling and handling large accounts.
• Ability to independently generate leads and close deals end-to-end.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct B2B sales across enterprise, government, and SME clients in the UAE
• Generate new business opportunities and actively acquire new clients
• Manage and grow existing accounts within the assigned territory
• Sell solutions including print (MFP, MPS, document solutions) and IT infrastructure
• Understand client requirements and position appropriate technical solutions
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
