Job summary

Iquest Management Consultants is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive new business in the UAE. You will target corporate clients, manage key accounts, and close deals from quotation to order closure.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and a valid UAE driving license. Experience in printing/packaging sectors is a plus, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in Printing / Packaging / Labels / Cartons / related industry preferred.
• Strong B2B / corporate / outdoor sales experience.
• UAE sales experience will be preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of developing new customers.
• Candidates of any nationality can apply; join ASAP / short notice possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate sales within the assigned market.
• Identify and approach potential corporate B2B customers through cold calling networking referrals and field visits.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular client visits and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations proposals and commercial offers and follow up until order closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing delivery and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information in CRM.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries leads and outstanding payments.
