Job summary

Freight Systems DWC LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage end-to-end client interactions—from initial enquiries to bookings and sustained follow-up. You will handle physical and virtual site surveys, prepare and send quotations, ensure payment collection, and drive new business through referrals and networking while maintaining strong corporate relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Relocations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and close customer enquiries in line with assigned KPIs and sales targets at least 40 plus.
• Conduct and manage physical site surveys and virtual surveys as required.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their requirements, present suitable solutions and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
• Prepare and send quotations to clients within the stipulated turnaround time and closely follow up.
• Ensure 100% payment collection from private clients in accordance with the company finance policy and payment terms.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, existing client relationships and other sales initiatives.
• Meet with corporate clients and manage related sales activities in accordance with company procedures and business development processes and updating company system.
• Maintain and update daily schedules to ensure proper coordination, visibility and timely follow-up on all sales activities.
• Complete and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), monthly portal updates and sales reports accurately and within the deadlines specified by company policy.
• Assist in identifying potential business-to-business (B2B) opportunities facilitating introductions and supporting the development of strategic business relationships.
