Job summary

Molten Technical Services Llc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in Dubai and across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 4–8 years of experience in business development or sales within the HVAC/MEP or construction industries.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years experience in Business Development or Sales within HVAC/MEP/Construction industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within HVAC/MEP, FM companies, consultants, contractors, hotels, and commercial projects.
• Establish strong relationships with decision-makers, ensuring high trust and long-term collaboration.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through regular client visits and networking.
