Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of sales engineering experience focusing on RLC & VRF systems in UAE.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales processes and achieving targets.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• This role is for Emirati candidates.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages long-term customer relationships and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
• Seeks out, qualifies and closes new sales opportunities focusing on new business growth.
• Provide technical support and training to clients ensuring they are well-informed about product features and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Generating inquiries through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers, dealers and distributors.
• Ensuring customers are periodically updated on the latest software catalogs and information from Carrier wherever applicable (in coordination with the Application Engineering Team).
• Continuous follow up and update for Pipeline projects.
• Creating quotations in line with the inquiry specifications and regular follow up.
