The role focuses on developing customer relationships, leading business development, and managing bids to win new accounts in a dynamic market. The ideal candidate has extensive outside sales experience, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in selling HVAC equipment and spare parts.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience in a similar role.
• University degree or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop professional relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Support business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments in alignment with business strategy.
• Identify and prospect bid opportunities; participate in the preparation of bid responses and commercial negotiations with potential customers.
• Develop new customer leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for the business development team.
• Identify target accounts and present opportunities to sales and business development stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to influence and convert sales opportunities.
• Attend trade shows exhibitions and industry events to increase Carriers visibility and support market growth.
