Kyndryl in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking an Alliances Specialist - Incentive to support development and execution of strategic alliances, enhancing customer outcomes.

The role focuses on day‑to‑day partnership coordination, operational execution, and enablement across alliance partners, internal teams, and customers. You will track data, prepare materials, and ensure alignment with alliance objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem programs in a technology or services environment.
• Experience coordinating cross functional work involving sales, marketing, delivery, or partner organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear tracking of actions, owners, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of alliance plans aligned to defined partner strategies and business priorities.
• Coordinate with alliance partners to support joint initiatives such as go to market activities, enablement sessions, and solution alignment.
• Act as an operational point of contact between alliance partners, internal practices, and account teams.
• Track and maintain alliance related data including partner activities, commitments, and performance metrics.
• Support development of partner materials such as presentations, enablement content, and internal guidance.
• Assist with preparation for partner reviews, business updates, and planning sessions.
• Identify execution gaps or dependencies and raise them with alliance leadership with clear context and recommended actions.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to support partner involvement in customer opportunities.
