Job summary

ADB SAFEGATE is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the Middle East, overseeing major accounts and serving as the lead point of contact for customers in the region.

You will anticipate customer needs, develop opportunities, and build a robust pipeline while collaborating with execution teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships in the airport ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Master’s in engineering/technology or MBA (preferably both).
• 5–10 years of international B2B sales experience.
• Proven expertise in aviation industry and airports ecosystem.
• Proficient in researching and cultivating new opportunities in challenging markets.

Responsibilities

• Grow ADB SAFEGATE business in the assigned Middle East territory.
• Lead major accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Anticipate customer needs and translate into tangible sales opportunities.
• Develop an effective business network in the airport ecosystem.
• Build a realistic opportunity pipeline and convert leads to orders.
• Collaborate with execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
