Job summary

Lufthansa Technik seeks a senior sales/business development leader to drive growth across the Middle East. You will manage strategic client relationships, develop regional sales strategies, and pursue new opportunities to expand revenue.

This role requires experience in aviation, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of turning technical needs into business solutions. You will travel regionally and internationally for meetings and events, representing a global leader in aerospace

Qualifications

Senior sales or business development experience, ideally in aviation or related sectors.
Proven success managing key accounts and contracts and driving revenue growth.
Middle East market experience preferred; Saudi national is required.

Responsibilities

Lead sales development and growth across the Middle East and surrounding markets.
Serve as the main contact for key customers, managing strategic relationships and business opportunities.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare, negotiate, and manage commercial proposals, contracts, and quotations.
Monitor sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs; analyze performance and profitability.
Develop account plans, marketing initiatives, and customer insights.
Ensure contracted service performance, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Represent Lufthansa Technik at customer meetings, industry events, and business engagements.
Travel within the region and internationally for customer meetings and business development.
