Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an accomplished senior sales leader to identify and grow opportunities in AFC, ABT, and digital payment systems within the rail and mobility sectors. You will drive international deals, manage strategic accounts, and engage with transport authorities across the GCC region.

The role requires extensive experience in AFC/ticketing, strong English communication, and Arabic fluency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in complex technical and commercial environments.
Strong, demonstrable experience in AFC and ticketing systems.
International sales and strategic account management within rail or mobility.
Experience with public transport authorities in GCC countries.
Knowledge of AFC, ABT, and contactless ticketing.
Excellent command of English; Arabic fluency; French desirable.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop opportunities in AFC, ABT, and digital payment systems.
Expand business opportunities across metro, bus, tram, parking, and tolling projects.
Manage key accounts and develop strategic relationships with transport authorities and operators.
Lead complex sales and tendering processes from opportunity qualification to contract signature.
Monitor regional transport infrastructure developments and market trends.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
