Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA seeks an experienced International Sales & Business Development Manager with AFC and ticketing expertise to drive growth across the GCC and North Africa. The role combines technical fare collection knowledge with strong sales, account management, and strategic partnerships.

The position is based in the UAE, with frequent regional travel, and requires building relationships with transport authorities, operators, and technology partners to maximize revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in sales/business development, ideally in rail/public transport sectors.
• Experience with AFC, ABT, digital payments, and mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop AFC/ABT opportunities across GCC and North Africa.
• Expand opportunities across metro, bus, tram, parking, and tolling projects.
• Build a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to contract award.
• Establish strategic relationships with transport authorities, operators, and partners.
• Lead tendering, bid management, and complex contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and develop regional business development strategies.
