Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a driven Account Sales Manager to accelerate growth of its Heat Exchanger business across the HVAC and Energy markets in the UAE and Oman, based in Abu Dhabi. You will develop relationships with End Users, Packagers, and Skid Builders while driving new business and maximizing value from the installed base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering is preferred.
• 6+ years of sales experience in Oil & Gas, Energy or HVAC industries.
• Proven track record in sales, negotiation and key account management.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales responsibilities, handling activities from inquiry to order.
• Generate and nurture leads, converting them into orders.
• Grow assigned accounts and drive frame/fleet agreements.
• Collaborate with Business Development, P&A and BU to grow the business.
• Build relationships, understand customer needs and deliver value.
