Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth across the UAE, building relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and end clients while targeting project opportunities and achieving sales targets.

You will apply strong technical HVAC knowledge to support specification sales, manage tender activity, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver competitive proposals on major construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in HVAC solutions (VRF/DX/Chiller/Packaged Units).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning project business.
• Strong understanding of construction project sales cycles within the UAE market.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering specifications and drawings.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, project owners, and key decision-makers.
• Create and execute territory sales plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
• Generate business from project inquiries, tenders, and direct customer engagements.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
• Monitor upcoming construction projects and identify opportunities at early stages.
• Coordinate technical submissions and support the bid management process.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and maintain CRM records.
