Carrier UAE is seeking an Applied Commercial Head to lead Carrier's Applied HVAC business across the UAE. The role will drive commercial strategy, sales execution and operational excellence, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the General Manager HVAC UAE, you will mentor a sales team, manage key accounts, and lead cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, marketing and finance to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of HVAC sales experience focused on Applied systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Oversee sales pipelines forecasting and deal closures.
• Collaborate with back office to align delivery and execution.
• Strengthen relationships with contractors, consultants and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage across the UAE.
• Lead business development in underserved or emerging regions.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and performance guidance to the sales team.
• Support strategic negotiations and complex deal execution.
• Drive succession planning and continuous capability development.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Applied HVAC systems and solutions.
• Lead technical presentations, proposals and solution design for complex projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in high-level client discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Uphold Carrier's EH&S and compliance standards.
