Job summary

Kpler is seeking an Account Manager for Commodities in the MEIA region to drive commercial growth and expand the client portfolio across key markets. You will negotiate renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and align client needs with internal strategy to shape product direction.

Based in the MEIA market, you will partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management or Sales in a data provider company.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong client communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting expansion targets through strategic account planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio expansion by growing strategic accounts in the MEA region and closing upsell opportunities.
• Lead negotiations for renewals and expansions with profitable terms.
• Align client needs with internal strategy to influence product direction.
• Capture market and competitive insights to inform business initiatives.
• Maintain pipeline and CRM accuracy (Salesforce) with sales operations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams for seamless delivery.
