Job summary

Talabat is seeking a strategic and results-driven Team Lead Account Manager to drive commercial growth across restaurant and vendor partnerships in Dubai. You will lead a team, own strategic projects, and collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Product to unlock new revenue opportunities.

The role requires 5–6 years in account management or partnerships, with 1–2 years of leadership, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Sales, Strategy, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in account management or strategic partnerships.
• 1–2 years of team leadership and people management.
• Strong track record in owning strategic projects and cross-functional alignment.
• Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy across the team and identify growth levers.
• Develop tailored growth plans and strategic roadmaps for top accounts.
• Design and execute strategic initiatives across the city and pilot new features.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Product to deliver solutions.
• Coach and develop a team of Account Managers to exceed KPIs.
• Analyze data and present findings to City Head and stakeholders.
