Job summary

Postman, the world’s leading API platform, seeks an Account Development Representative to build a pipeline for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts. You will collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and management to create campaigns and prospect to enable handoff to Sales.

You will qualify opportunities, research targeted accounts, and develop relationships with prospects while learning Postman’s product and market.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations – a plus.
• Proficient with standard productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new and expansion opportunities with strategic targets.
• Meet or exceed targets by engaging qualified leads through the sales cycle.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and the product value.
• Complete detailed account research to identify key contacts and information.
• Identify and target strategic new prospects to accelerate territory growth.
• Engage with prospects identified through marketing efforts and CRM.
• Become an expert in sales enablement tools.
