Job summary

Protect Middle East is seeking an Overall Incharge for the warehouse to organize storage and inventory space, receive and dispatch materials, and ensure MSDS compliance. The role covers waterproofing PVC materials, tools, machines and company vehicles, with careful counting of incoming and outgoing goods.

You will update FocusControl inventory, coordinate material requisitions, and maintain stock records. Duties include forklift operation, daily stock reporting, safety and environmental

Responsibilities

• Organize storage and inventory space for materials.
• Receive and dispatch waterproofing PVC materials, tools, machines and vehicles.
• Initial checking and counting for all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Update inventory lists and maintain stock position.
• Coordinate material requisitions and follow up on non-available materials to purchasing dept.
• Inform and advise project sites for on-the-way deliveries and pending materials.
• Update daily stock records and manage stock cards.
• Drive forklift and arrange deliveries to and from sites.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental control procedures are followed.

Overall Incharge for the warehouse
