Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC seeks a Warehouse Manager for the Sharjah site to oversee receiving, inspection, issuance, and inventory control. You will coordinate with QA/QC, maintain ERP records, and ensure safe storage practices.

Applicants should have 5+ years in construction warehouse management, with UAE experience and a relevant qualification. UAE driving license preferred and Cert in SCM/WM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction site warehouse management.
• Certification in Supply Chain / Warehouse Management preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify quantities against notes and POs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to inspect materials on receipt and generate MRIR.
• Issue materials against authorized store vouchers signed by site engineers.
• Maintain bin cards and update ERP daily for stock accuracy.
• Store materials safely per manufacturer recommendations and protect moisture/chemicals.
• Conduct weekly/monthly cycle counts and quarterly full inventories.
• Segregate scrap, record disposal, and transfer surplus stocks to projects.
• Enforce warehouse security, fire prevention and housekeeping.

Material Receiving Verification

Receive incoming deliveries of reinforcement steel cement timber MEP items and finishes verify physical quantities against delivery notes and purchase orders PO

Material Inspection Coordination

Coordinate with QA QC engineers to inspect materials upon receipt and generate Material Receiving Inspection Reports MRIR

Material Issuance SIV

Issue construction materials and power tools strictly against authorized Store Issue Vouchers signed by approved site engineers

Inventory Bin Card Maintenance

Maintain physical bin cards and update the ERP inventory system SAP Oracle daily to reflect accurate real-time stock levels

Storage Material Preservation

Ensure all materials are stored safely per manufacturer recommendations protecting cement from moisture rebar from mud and chemicals in ventilated areas

Physical Stock Auditing

Conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts and quarterly full physical inventory audits alongside corporate finance auditors

Scrap Surplus Management

Segregate scrap materials maintain scrap disposal records and identify surplus stocks for transfer to other company projects

Store Safety Security

Enforce strict security fire prevention and housekeeping standards across the warehouse and laydown yards

Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years experience in construction site warehouse management.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Supply Chain / Warehouse Management; proficiency in SAP MM or Oracle ERP.

Professional Licenses / Certifications

Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Required UAE / GCC Construction Experience

5–8 years in construction warehouse management with Tier-1 UAE civil contractors managing multi-million dirham inventories.
