Job summary

Dhafir Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Store Keeper for on-site operations in Abu Dhabi. The role requires handling incoming materials, tools, and equipment, issuing items to sites, and maintaining real-time stock accuracy with ERP systems.

You will ensure safe storage, calibration tracking, and strict adherence to HSE policies on site. Candidates should have proven storekeeping experience in contracting projects, preferably in oil & gas, with strong procurement awareness and MS

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Keeper in contracting projects preferably within oil & gas construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of equipment, machinery, tools, power tools and technical instruments.
• Strong awareness of purchasing and procurement activities.
• Familiarities with standard store warehousing processes: receiving, inspection, issuing, stock recording, preservation and handling.
• Basic technical knowledge to read material specifications and datasheets.
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced capabilities in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify and record incoming materials, tools and equipment against site requests, purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Issue materials, consumables and tools to project sites based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock records using bin cards, stock ledgers and real-time system updates.
• Conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure proper storage, preservation and handling of materials, tools and equipment to prevent damage, deterioration or loss.
• Manage tools and equipment calibration, maintain servicing records and track item returns.
• Ensure strict compliance with company HSE policies and safety regulations within the stores area.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on stock levels and material consumption.
• Prepare employee timesheets accurately and submit them on time for payroll processing.
• Manage petty cash funds, maintain transparent records, process site reimbursements and ensure proper documentation aligns with company financial policies.
