Position Overview: The Store Manager role is responsible for driving store sales performance in Dubai, UAE through efficient store operations, visual merchandising excellence, and high standards of customer service. This position leads and coaches the store team to achieve financial objectives while ensuring full compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate store sales targets clearly and drive the team to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure strict compliance with loss prevention standards, cash handling procedures, and fraud and theft controls.
• Oversee all point-of-sale activities including sales transactions, order tracking, payments, returns, refunds, and inventory updates.
• Manage cash transactions including petty cash, POS cash handling, and change floats.
• Conduct regular store administration audits and resolve identified issues promptly.
• Support annual stock counts and periodic spot checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and implement corrective actions in line with company policy.
• Track and evaluate brand sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to develop action plans that increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales reports to maximize stock potential and assess performance of new and core collections.
• Maintain window and in-store visual displays in line with merchandising guidelines.
• Oversee inventory management including stock availability, order management, back-store organization, and internal stock movement.
• Ensure accurate stock control covering stock ageing, stock loss, and space utilization.
• Coordinate with facilities teams for maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacement.
• Plan staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, taking seasonal peaks and promotional events into account.
• Ensure the store team is properly trained in inventory management processes including receiving, stocking, transfers, and discrepancy control.

People Management

• Lead, motivate, and coach store personnel to achieve individual and store KPIs.
• Maintain staffing levels aligned with operational requirements and customer service standards.
• Support training and development to build a high-performing and engaged store team.
