Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store performance including sales targets, conversion rates, payroll control, and shrink management.
• Drive profitability through clear commercial strategies and fast decision-making based on daily business performance.
• Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement immediate action plans to maximize opportunities.
• Ensure strong operational control across stock management, systems, store standards, and compliance procedures.
• Protect company assets through disciplined inventory management and effective loss prevention practices.
• Maintain full compliance with company policies, retail procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Build strong store teams by hiring quality talent, developing employees, and retaining high performers.
• Coach team members to improve selling skills, product knowledge, accountability, and service standards.
• Lead regular communication with the team to maintain motivation, clarity, and alignment on business goals.
• Set the standard for a high‑energy customer‑first shopping environment.
• Lead from the front on the shop floor by engaging customers, supporting sales, and driving service excellence.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are strong and the store remains attractive, organized, and customer‑ready.

Ideal Profile

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Store Manager with proven retail performance results.
• Strong experience building, leading, and developing high‑performing retail teams.
• Good command of written and spoken business English.
• Strong reporting and systems knowledge including Outlook, Excel, and SAP.

Compensation

Estimated salary range: AED 9,000 – 13,000 per month (to be confirmed with the employer).
