What You Will Do

Sales and Profitability Management

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve store sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales results, adjusting trading activities in response to customer demand, competitor movements and market conditions.
• Evaluate key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and strengthen commercial awareness across the store team.
• Improve sales performance through effective product positioning, promotional execution and appropriate upselling techniques.

• Encourage a results‑driven trading mindset that supports sustainable store performance.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, coach and motivate store employees to achieve individual and collective performance objectives.

Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation

• Work closely with the visual merchandising team to implement seasonal displays, promotional activities and product presentation updates.
• Ensure merchandising execution supports customer engagement, product visibility and store sales objectives.
• Monitor the overall store presentation and address areas requiring improvement.
