Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets through active floor supervision
• Assist customers on the shop floor by providing product guidance and excellent customer service
• Lead by example in customer interaction, upselling, and service quality standards
• Ensure the sales floor is properly covered during peak hours and high‑traffic periods
• Guide and support team members to maintain productivity and strong daily performance
• Support store opening and closing procedures according to operational standards
• Handle cash transactions, POS activities, and daily store operations accurately
• Manage stock receiving, internal transfers, damages, and inventory movement processes
• Follow store policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention guidelines
• Assist in staff training, onboarding, and development of junior team members
• Communicate daily sales goals, operational tasks, and important store updates clearly
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and overall store presentation

Ideal Profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail or hospitality with team supervision responsibilities
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle fast‑paced retail operations
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
