Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle in Abu Dhabi seeks a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, and uphold brand standards through strong customer service. You will manage daily operations, stock and compliance while developing staff capabilities to meet business goals.

The role focuses on maximizing profitability, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment at MAF Lifestyle’s flagship store.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of industry experience with managerial background.
• Proven track record of maximizing business performance.
• Strong understanding of main customer segments.
• Ability to identify critical paths and drive timely decisions.
• Capable of making tough decisions and delegating when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest levels of customer service by the store team at all times.
• Create innovative approaches to attract customers and increase traffic.
• Track brand performance and manage stock to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies, funds, security and records.
• Coach, train and mentor staff to improve service and product knowledge.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and other compliance policies.
• Plan and execute in-store processes including cash handling and stock-take.
• Provide analytical feedback to relevant departments on product and pricing.
