Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and develop the store team to maximize profitability while upholding brand standards and customer experience. The role includes supervising in the store manager's absence and ensuring policy compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years in retail with strong management skills and a diploma. Experience with promotions and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent; high school certificate.
• Retail field qualification is advantageous.
• 4–5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and CX standards.
• Drive the store team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with Marketing, Buying and Planning teams for feedback.
• Drive sales and contribute to business improvements through KPI awareness.
• Manage promotions and brand activities; coordinate with support teams to maximize sales.
• Maximize sales opportunities through clear communication with Buying and Planning.
• Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the store manager.
• Implement and maintain compliance with company policies to minimize stock loss.
