Qualifications

• Diploma or high school certificate.
• Retail-related qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience.
• Management skills and ability to lead store teams.
• Understanding of sales targets and KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve brand standards.
• Drive sales performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial results.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Buying and Planning for promotional activities and product requirements.
• Maintain smooth daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and monitor KPIs across the store.
