Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales targets and lead retail teams in a fast-paced environment in Dubai. The role focuses on maximizing profitability, ensuring brand standards, and delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining store operations in line with company objectives.

The candidate will coach staff, manage stock, monitor performance, and ensure health, safety and compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years’ industry experience with managerial background.
• Understanding of main customer segments.
• Identify critical paths and engage stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Make hard decisions and know when to delegate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest levels of customer service by the store team.
• Attract new customers, increase store traffic and profitability.
• Monitor stock levels, review best sellers and slow movers.
• Ensure policy compliance, cash handling and stockroom procedures.
• Coach and mentor staff to enhance service and product knowledge.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Security and Compliance policies.
• Plan and execute in-store processes including cash intake and stock-take.
• Provide analytical feedback to Operations and Planning on product and pricing.
