Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee all store departments and maximise sales while controlling costs. You will drive commercial initiatives, manage staff rosters, budgets, and HR aspects, and ensure brand standards across the store.

The role requires 3-4 years in fast-paced retail, a bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to lead teams, improve profitability, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of related professional experience in retail.
• Solid knowledge of the Retail Industry.
• Proven ability to maximise profitability and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance using commercial information and product knowledge with internal tools.
• Implement sales building initiatives across all departments through analysis of reports and visual layout.
• Manage store procedures including cash handling, shrinkage, health and safety, and stockroom controls.
• Design and manage rotas to ensure productivity and budget adherence.
• Lead by example to promote brand culture and develop store teams.
