Qualifications

• 4–5 years’ managerial retail experience.
• Proven record of maximizing business performance.
• Strong understanding of main customer segments.
• Ability to make timely decisions.
• Excellent stock and cash handling oversight.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest levels of customer service by the store team at all times.
• Attract new customers and increase store traffic to enhance profitability.
• Track brand performance, stock levels, and best sellers to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling, security, and record keeping.
• Coach, train and mentor staff to improve customer service and product knowledge.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies and escalate concerns.
• Plan and manage in-store processes including cash intake, stockroom, and stock-taking.
• Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying and Planning to inform pricing and opportunities.
