Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island invites applications for a General Manager position at the Alain Ducasse Steakhouse, reporting to the Food & Beverage team. The GM will oversee all restaurant operations, including service, culinary, people, and financial performance, ensuring brand standards are met and guest satisfaction remains top priority.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in a similar fine-dining leadership role, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and international experience in trendsetting

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in fine dining or luxury restaurant operations.
• Strong focus on guest service standards and brand alignment.
• Experience managing budgets, cost control and profitability.
• Bachelor’s in hospitality management is advantageous; WSET 2 is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, culinary, people, and financial performance.
• Ensure flawless execution of service standards, guest engagement, and brand positioning.
• Drive top-line revenue while controlling costs and labour productivity.
• Monitor daily performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar leaders on menu development and promotions.
• Analyze guest feedback and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Ensure service and food quality standards are consistently met.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing and hygiene regulations compliance.
