Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a General Manager to lead the Greek Restaurant within the resort's Food & Beverage team. You will oversee service, culinary interfaces, people management, and financial performance to ensure top-tier guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in fine dining leadership, experience with venues serving 50 covers daily, and relevant hospitality qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in a similar position in fine dining.
• Experience in venues serving ~50 covers daily.
• Gault Millau 2–3 hat preferred.
• Hospitality degree advantageous; WSET 2 beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations (service, culinary, people, finances).
• Drive top-line revenue while controlling costs, labour productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor daily performance and implement improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar leaders on menu development and guest personalization.
• Analyse guest feedback and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
• Ensure service and food quality standards meet requirements.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and POS system operations.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests and regular patrons.
