The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in a fine dining GM role with an average of 50 covers daily, strong budgeting skills, and holds a hospitality degree; WSET 2 is a plus, with UAE experience highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in a similar GM role in fine dining.
• Experience with an average of 50 covers per day.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is an advantage; WSET 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations, including service, culinary, people, and financial performance.
• Ensure flawless service standards, guest engagement, and brand positioning.
• Drive revenue while controlling costs, labor, and profitability.
• Mentor department heads and guide team to a performance-driven culture.
• Collaborate on menu development, promotions, and guest personalization.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to drive improvements.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing, and hygiene compliance.
• Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests.
