Responsibilities

• Prepare and update the project master program.
• Issue progress reports regularly.
• Monitor work progress against the schedule and report slippages.
• Liaise with Project Manager and adjust project plans as necessary.
• Support the development of specific project systems.
• Integrate subcontractors' programs.
• Prepare project billing and review subcontractor invoices.

Project : IGD Integrated Gas Development Das Island (Onshore Civil & Building Construction Works)

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation submission and updating of the project master program
• Preparation and issue of necessary Progress reports (Daily weekly monthly)
• Presenting schedules of work often with visual aids such as bar charts and Histograms diagrams
• Monitoring progress throughout the work process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work and advising the Project Managers of actual and expected slippages
• Liaising with the Project Manager throughout the process making adjustments to project plans as necessary
• Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems
• Follow up and integration of subcontractors programs
• Preparation / Billing of Projects Invoices.
• Review of Sub-contractors Schedules & Invoices
• Preparation of project bar charts / manpower (histograms) & construction equipment and regular updating
• Preparation of deployment of schedules of manpower and equipment
