Job summary

Stock Roastery in Abu Dhabi seeks a dynamic Specialty Coffee Sales Specialist to drive new business with cafés and grow our regional client base. You will present products, train baristas, and maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat orders.

The role combines field visits, product demonstration, and targeted follow-ups, with a competitive fixed salary plus attractive commission. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus, and UAE driving is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty coffee and as barista or coffee trainer is required.
• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of espresso, extraction, grinding and brewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit cafés daily to present and promote specialty coffee products
• Identify and acquire new customers to grow sales
• Build and maintain relationships with café owners and managers
• Conduct follow-ups to monitor coffee quality and customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with grinder calibration, espresso extraction and brewing
• Train baristas on coffee preparation and best practices when required
• Resolve customer concerns related to coffee quality or brewing performance
• Prepare reports on customer visits, sales activities and new opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales targets
