Job summary

Stock Roastery is seeking a passionate Specialty Coffee Sales Representative. The role involves developing business opportunities and maintaining relationships with cafés, while providing technical coffee support. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction with our specialty coffee products.

The ideal candidate should have a background in specialty coffee and sales experience. A valid UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty coffee, preferably as a barista or coffee trainer.
• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Strong knowledge of espresso, coffee extraction, grinding, and brewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Visit cafés daily to present and promote specialty coffee products.
• Identify and acquire new customers to grow sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with café owners and managers.
• Conduct follow-ups to monitor coffee quality and satisfaction.
• Assist customers with grinder calibration and brewing techniques.
• Train baristas on coffee preparation when required.
• Resolve customer concerns related to coffee quality.
• Prepare reports on customer visits and sales activities.

Specialty Coffee Sales Representative

About the Role

Stock Roastery is looking for a passionate Specialty Coffee Sales Representative with strong sales and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining excellent relationships with cafés, and providing technical coffee support to ensure customers consistently achieve the best possible cup quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit cafés on a daily basis to present and promote our specialty coffee products
• Identify and acquire new customers to grow sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with café owners and managers
• Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor coffee quality and customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with grinder calibration, espresso extraction, and brewing techniques to achieve optimal cup quality
• Train baristas on coffee preparation and best practices when required
• Resolve customer concerns related to coffee quality or brewing performance
• Prepare regular reports on customer visits, sales activities, and new business opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in specialty coffee, preferably as a barista, coffee trainer, or in a similar role
• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Strong knowledge of espresso, coffee extraction, grinding, and brewing techniques
• Valid UAE driving license with the ability to drive
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
