Job summary

You will identify new clients, build strong relationships, meet or exceed sales targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

• Proven outdoor sales experience in the specialty coffee industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor sales visits to potential and existing customers.
• Identify and approach new clients to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide product information, demonstrations and presentations.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
