Job summary

Apparel Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Learning Operations & Analytics Lead to own the learning calendar, governance, and reporting. You will develop dashboards, analyse participation and impact, and maintain data integrity across LMS and HR systems.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in L&D operations or analytics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a track record with learning data and KPI reporting in Retail/GCC contexts.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in L&D operations, learning analytics, training MI or a related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI or equivalent reporting skills.
• Experience with LMS / HR systems and learning data.
• Strong understanding of L&D metrics and operational governance.
• Retail / GCC experience preferred.
• Highly organised with strong attention to data accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual and monthly learning calendar and training operations.

• Track programme costs, vendors, facilitators and operational performance.
• Produce monthly and quarterly L&D scorecards for leadership.
