Job description

• Collect regional spare parts requirements, review and communicate them, and convert them into spare parts requisitions.
• Coordinate with execution departments based on site requirements to determine spare parts delivery plans.
• Track order execution progress, coordinate and resolve issues during order execution, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collect and analyze order execution status and delivery data, analyze existing problems and solutions.
• Plan and communicate spare parts shipment plans in advance based on the basic inventory and warehouse space conditions of regional warehouses.
• Timely review and confirm customs clearance documents, possessing basic knowledge of international trade terms or the ability to self-learn.
• Track order transportation status, notify demanding parties promptly upon arrival, and update ERP system data on time.
• Track the full process of spare parts orders, retain document data from all stages for support, and manage basic data well.
• Participate in project communication, support reporting spare parts plan progress and tracking anomalies, and support timely updates.

Job Requirements:
