Job summary

Met T&S Ltd. in Abu Dhabi invites applications for a contractual role to support spare parts coordination for a large oil & gas EPC project.

You will collaborate with engineering and vendors to prepare and review spare parts lists (SPIR, SPDP, BOM, datasheets) and present status reports to stakeholders. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant EPC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant EPC/construction experience in large oil & gas projects.
• Ability to read PO, P&ID, GAD, BOM, datasheets and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering and Vendor for spare parts list preparation and submission.
• Review SPIR, SPDP and related documents across disciplines (electrical, mechanical, instrument).
• Prepare status reports on spare parts lists and present to stakeholders.
• Ensure proper review and approval through coordination with vendors and engineers.
• Assist with handover of spare parts to client and resolve document queries.

Duties and responsibilities

Coordinate with Engineering and Vendor for the preparation andsubmission of the spare parts list document.

Review spare parts list (SPIR, SPDP, etc.) thoroughly -multidiscipline (electrical, mechanical, instrument, etc.).

Prepare spare parts list status report and present during stakeholdersmeeting

Must be familiar with and know how to use and read different engineeringdocuments such as PO, P&ID, GAD, BOM, Datasheets, etc., to properlyreview the spare parts list.

Coordinate with different stakeholders (vendor, engineering, etc.) tohave smooth spare parts review and approval.

Resolve any queries or deficiencies in the spare parts document asidentified by company.

• Support on the handoverto client of spare parts that will be procured.

Knowledge & Qualifications

Bachelor’sDegree or Diploma in any Engineering course.

Experience

• Atleast minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction of largeoil & gas plants / EPC projects.
