Job summary

Everllence is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the Spare Parts Sales team in Dubai to support customers with spare parts inquiries, quotations, and order processing. You will coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate quotations, and proactive delivery scheduling. Experience in spare parts sales and engineering knowledge are preferred, with English fluency and SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Experience in spare parts sales or related technical sales.
• Good understanding of engines and engine components.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One and related sales/order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process spare parts enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with logistics teams, suppliers, and freight to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain orders and documentation across the sales process.
• Support customers with enquiries and order updates.
• Visit customers within the assigned region to strengthen relationships.
