We are looking for a Sales Executive – Perkins Parts based in Dubai, UAE, to manage and grow Perkins spare parts and service business across the region. The role will focus on developing new business, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting overall Perkins parts-sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Perkins spare parts and service sales across the assigned territory.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales volume, revenue, and income targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government and private-sector customers, including identifying parts and service tender opportunities and managing online tender quotation submissions.
• Manage key accounts, customer enquiries, sales leads, quotations, and orders, including tracking lost business.
• Conduct customer meetings as per Perkins requirements and criteria.
• Work closely with the Kanoo Perkins Engines & Service team to support customer requirements and business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competition and provide relevant competition analysis and market feedback.
• Support Perkins parts marketing activities and maintain related documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, reports and other sales administration for UAE Perkins Parts sales.
• Follow up on quotations, open opportunities, and pending orders to ensure timely conversion.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and business reports as required.

Job Requirements

• Min 4 years of experience in Parts Sales, preferably within the UAE/GCC region.
• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Mandatory Valid UAE Driver's License.
• Experience in Perkins Parts Sales or heavy equipment/machinery parts is highly preferred.
• Strong background in customer relationship management and business development.
• Good sales acumen with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM, sales reporting and sales administration.
• Positive attitude, result-oriented approach and strong ethical standards.
