RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting for a Spare Parts Advisor in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on identifying and sourcing automotive spare parts, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting workshop teams to ensure timely parts availability.

You will work with Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Controllers, handle inventory, invoicing and returns, and use Keyloop DMS to maintain accurate records and stock levels.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spare Parts Advisor or Parts Coordinator within an automotive dealership or service center.
• Hands-on experience using Keyloop DMS (DMS) for spare parts inventory, ordering and invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts identification, OEM electronic parts catalogues, supplier coordination and workshop operations.
• Good communication, coordination and computer skills, with the ability to handle multiple workshop requests accurately and efficiently.
